We have specifically targeted projects such as the Future Jobs Fund, which pro-actively creates new jobs for young people who have been out of work for over 6 months. However we have so much more which can contribute to the individual upskilling and improving their employment prospects. For instance volunteering is a fantastic way to get back into work and the plethora of IT training that is delivered at CSV teaches skills that are now required in virtually every workplace.
