National Careers Service
The NextStep service provides free, impartial information and advice on training, learning and work to adults. National Careers Service is part of a Government initiative, funded by the Skills Funding Agency(SFA) to provide adults with advice on ways to get back into work or improve their skills. We can help with CVs, interview techniques, career change and course information to gain qualifications and any other assistance in helping people into training, work or learning.

Quality Awards
All the SFA National Careers Service organisations must have a quality standard called ‘matrix‘ – the only quality standard specifically designed for the provision of information, advice and guidance (IAG).

CSV Media Ipswich is a matrix accredited National Careers Service provider and a CSV advisor sees people every day to help with work & training needs.
